     This book was put together in response to numerous requests to have a collection of his poems accompanied by anecdotal insights. Some of the poems in this collection, were gathered from shades of life and veiled images. The remainder are new poems which were compiled to maintain the common thread of a journey through life.

From the preface George writes,
     "Harmony, that elusive key. How often have we stumbled over life's obstacles discovering, too late, that there is an emptiness deep within the well of our soul. We strive, at times, so hard to help others that the spiritual needs of our own are neglected....
